Apple continues to release interim updates focused on fixing security issues for iPhone and iPad users. Accordingly, iOS 17.1.2 and iPadOS 17.1.2 packages are now available.
The globally released updates are currently available for download on devices running iOS 17 or iPadOS 17. To install the latest 526 MB package, simply go to Settings > General > Software Update.
Apple’s release notes for iOS 17.1.2 and iPadOS 17.1.2 lack detailed descriptions. The company only stated that it addresses “important security vulnerabilities” and that users should install it immediately. On the other hand, let us remind you that there are no new features with this package.
